Well guys my sky caddie ran out of juice this weekend so I lost both scores. I shot an 86 at Buff in the tourney. I played Coyote Creek Sunday with Foozz and Phil and shot a blistering 91. We all played like crap, Foozzi 89, Phil 90 and me 91. Oh well next week.

Played with a wonderful retired couple from Laramie (Paula was an 8...65+ age)...impressive! She shot an 80 and I scrambled with a 79....they can't wait to come back to Buffalo Run! Yes...I gave them most of the balls I found and waited for them to hit ALL DAY LONG....thank God they know how to play and it wasn't that bad as the course was slammed!

Smitty was the "Rock" yesterday as nothing seemed to bother him (except me!)...Four Mile Ranch was a fun track (as always)....although it's time to turn on those sprinklers...very dry and treacherous greens...39 putts yesterday for me including two four putts...ouch.

I could measure my distance off the tee but it doesn't do it automatically, I have to punch it in on every hole. Is there a way for the sky caddie to do it automatically and then keep it with all the other stats?

So I decided to save the $225 and download "Skydroid" to my Android for $1.99 and spend the savings on more "accessories". It's 367 yards to the center of the green on #2 at Buffalo Run from my lazy boy in the living room!

We had a nice outing yesterday at "The Run". It was 31 degrees when we started and didn't reach 40's til the back nine. The wind was howling too, which made it feel about 25 degrees. All in all I was happy with my game even though I lost money.

Well....ground out another match play win against Jay Janzen winning 2 and 1. We both shot 81 but timing is everything! (identical 40--41--81) Ted Ridder in the semi - finals...giving him one on #5. We shall see.

Played in the CGA Public Links at Buffalo Run Fri-Sat. Played decent in round 1 (83) but slipped to an 87 yesterday. Playing those distances does not allow for mistakes and I paid the price!

Tough match today.....beat christian two up...all square after 9....and one up after 17....didn't talk much...intense grinding match. No double bogeys and a solid 79. He shot 80 and was there all day. I did fall behind 2 down after 4 but just kept grinding away. He is a real gamer!!

Match play tomorrow...Memorial Day at 7am....will have to refocus and see if I can play like I know I can! Stay tuned.

Steve and I played a 2 man scramble at Saddleback today and posted the 66. We took 3rd which payed 100.00 cash (50 each). We had a great time and both of us hit some awesome shots.
