First, always make sure the chair is supportive and adjustable. Look for chairs with adjustable arm rests, lumbar support, adjustable seat height and depth, and adjustable backrest tilt. Also, make sure the chair is comfortable. If a chair does not feel comfortable, there is no point in buying it. James McGee
