Callaway - Tour i(s)
Tour i(s)
- CallawayThe Callaway Tour i(s) Golf Balls are a short-game weapon with maximum control and a soft feel. It's no secret that the new groove rules instituted by the USGA are designed to reduce spin off wedges and short irons, placing more of a premium on shot-making.

I've been a fan of online casinos for years, and this site stands out with its user-friendly interface. Playing on 24 pokies has been smooth, with minimal glitches or loading delays, even when switching games. In Australia, it can sometimes be challenging to find a site that combines variety and quality, but this one does just that. I appreciate the attention to detail, and the experience feels close to being in a real casino.

I went for a complete fitting and these balls were #2 on the list. (The "iz" was #1.) I've been playing them for the past year and finally tried an "iz" today. If 5 yards is more important than having a lot of control around the green, then get the "iz." However, the "iz" showed pretty good control on the greens as well. They were just sanded and I spun one back about 3 feet off the front of the green. The "iz" releases farther then the "is" however, so I'm still all about this ball.

An excellent golf ball. The Tour i(s) is engineered for tour-level spin around the greens, and not distance off the tee; that is exactly why I use them. I am less concerned with distance than I am with control and feel around the green. If your concern is distance, this is not the ball for you. Allowing tour-level spin almost always equates to a very soft urethane cover, and this ball is no different. Unfortunately, having such a soft cover results in the ball being somewhat easy to scuff. This is a premium ball, and if another concern is price, again, this is not the ball for you.

These are great balls. Pretty good distance but very good spin around the green. Cover is somewhat easy to scuff. At +/- $45/dozen they're not exactly a bargain. Compared to the other premium balls, Pro V1 line or Penta, these are similar from my experience and choice becomes a personal preference.
