Last spring during a golf trip the sky opened up halfway through the round, but my Gore-Tex jacket and pants kept me completely dry while I finished the back nine. The fabric moved easily with my swing and the breathable layer prevented any sticky feeling even after walking the full course. I stayed focused on the game instead of the weather, which made the day much more enjoyable. Right before the trip my suitcase zipper broke so I quickly searched for the away luggage phone number to handle the replacement. That rain gear has become my go-to piece for unpredictable spring rounds ever since.
