This executive-length layout is owned and operated by the Minneapolis Parks Board, and is located between historic Fort Snelling and Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. The course includes several doglegs and some large, mature trees and is popular among some golfers for a quick nine holes, especially since the closure of Rich Acres GC on the other side of the airport.
Fort Snelling GC is owned by the Minnesota Dept of Natural Resources, but has been leased and operated by the Minneapolis Parks Board since in 1999.

I am quite fond of this little course. Yes, it is loud with the planes and all. Yes, it is laid out in a quirky fashion. But you get to use all of your clubs, it usually is a quick round, and a great value.
