There is potential here but I know Ocean Twp purchased this course with a lot of work needed. Some bare spots on tee boxes & fairways, small but challenging greens that your putting had better be on or you're in for a long day as they're surprisingly quick and in better shape than the rest of the course. Got a great rate on golfnow.com too.

The greens fees dropped to $12 from now until closing on November 4 and you can play the nine holes twice for the price. The pace of play is slow but overall it is a good course to get nine or 18 holes in without spending the entire day. Nice surroundings with shrubs, plants and grasses.
