Some of the tee boxes are uneven...not a big deal. Fairways in decent shape, greens fast and true. Gopher Hole has great selection of craft brew.

My favorite place to go when staying at Welk Villa. People and course are great.

We waited an hour for frost delay. Nothing the course can affect. It gave us time for breakfast, but did cause the starter to send golfers out on a somewhat shotgun style start (I started on 18). The course was well maintained except for some fairways had very thin grass. (almost like hitting off of hard pan) One hole had a temp- cup that wasn't on the green. Unfortunately we weren't warned and 1/2 of our foursome didn't notice and hit shots towards the green. Not that big of a deal, but we should have been told by the starter. Use Golfnow iPhone app and save 39%. It cost us $42.00 instead of $66.00. Great day for golf in SoCal.

Not a bad layout for the money. Condition is always pretty good!

greens very fast and true, dormant grass in winter was still playable. Every year the place gets better(5 years). Great view at bar.
