This private course opened in 1918 as Grandview Golf Association with nine holes, buffalo grass fairways, and sand greens. The second nine came along in 1944, which includes the island green at 17 surrounded by Kearney Lake.

This is a private club; guests must be accompanied by a member or make prior arrangements through the General Manager. The guest fee is $50. It is worth noting, however, that the club does occasionally host outside golf events with prior arrangement.
