Deriving its name from over 100 willow trees that border its five large ponds, Willow Crest Golf Club is located on 150 acres of the Oak Brook Hills Marriott Resort outside Chicago. Usually included in lists of top forty public-access golf courses in Illinois, this Dick Nugent design (1987) features gently rolling bent-grass fairways, quick rolling and well-bunkered greens, along with an abundance of water challenges.

Great course. My pants split and the Club House guys finds me a replacement pair before the turn and offer me an aggressive discount in the process. Hospitality is six stars here and very professional. Course is very challenging and well kept. My play when in the Oak Brook, IL area.
