Played here as part of an outing, so value and pace of play are hard to evaluate.
Old school mostly flat course, except for a few holes that play into a ravine. These are the most interesting holes as they have blind downhill shots back up to very elevated greens. These are my favorite holes.
Slope is 117-125 depending what tee box you play from. holes are not overly long or difficult, but trees line the fairways and come into play for shots out of the fairway. Greens were deceptively fast with a lot of subtle breaks making for a murderous day putting.
Course condition - Tee boxes were bare in spots, no excuse. The fairways seemed OK.
There were a few bare spots in the ruff areas. The greens seemed to be in good shape and rolled true. The greens were nicely contoured which made for interesting and challenging putting. Bunkers seemed to be in good shape. Course had markers for 100, 150 and 200 yards. Sprinklers were marked. GPS in electric carts
Cart service was great. The course lacks water stations and bathrooms. Clubhouse is new and has a nice bar and banquet hall.
At $29-38 for weekdays, that is a decent price. $39-52 is a bit overpriced for weekend play given the overall condition of the course.
