Stoke By Nayland Golf Club's two magnificent and challenging 18-hole championship courses are set in 300 acres of rolling, picturesque Suffolk countryside.

The Gainsborough was the first course here (ca. 1972) and features several large lakes in play. The 10th hole was once voted as one of the best in East Anglia by the PGA.

The Constable is equally picturesque; it offers several views of the renowned Stoke By Nayland church.

Have just spent a sunday/Monday break here and played both courses. Must say the Constable course whilst scenic and a challenge was actually in pretty poor condition.I suppose for time of year and amount of rain over winter we must make allowances but it was not good! Took 5 hrs on the Monday on Gainsborough course, waiting on most tees! Holding a seniors PGA event there in June, they have a lot of work to do!!
