This medium-length, par-58 layout is located adjacent to East Lake and was designed by the "Open Doctor," architect Rees Jones. It is named in honor of Charlie Yates, one of the most notable amateur golfers in Georgia history.

The standard walking rates are $19 Mondays through Thursdays and $29 on Fridays, weekends, and holidays (carts are $9). Discounts are available for police, fire, military, seniors, college students, juniors, and East Lake residents.

As of 1/1/2013, the course is nine holes only. The back nine has been demolished. The front nine remains at par-30. The old 17th and 18th greens are available for practice only.
