Sugar Creek is a medium-length 18-hole course owned and operated by DeKalb County Parks and Recreation. Evan Marbut did the original design when the course opened in 1976, but the course underwent a major redesign and reconstruction in 1998.

The non-resident walking rates are $23 weekdays and $29 on weekends and holidays (carts are $13). Resident and sliding twilight rates are also offered, as are annual passes.
