This luxury resort boasts five courses, including The Fazio, a major rebuild of the resort's original "Haig" layout. Meanwhile, the Jack Nicklaus-designed Champion Course is the host site of the PGA Tour's Honda Classic and challenges golfers with 107 bunkers and large greens.

The other courses here are The Squire (George and Tom Fazio), The Palmer (Arnold Palmer and the late Ed Seay), and The Estates, a shorter and sporty layout designed by Karl Litten.

In addition to the Honda Classic, PGA National has hosted several important events and championships over the last three decades, including the 1983 Ryder Cup Matches, the 1987 PGA Championship, and almost 20 Senior PGA Championships.
