This course was the North Course of Lake San Marcos Hotel until 2013, and was designed by architect Harry Rainville. (The hotel's former South Course is also now a separate facility).
It is now a semi-private layout; the public walking rates are $49 on weekdays and $59 on weekends. Sliding twilight rates are also offered, as are memberships.

Fast, firm, smooth greens & an improvement over the last time I played here. Lovely course with lots of trees, some water hazards which were not so evident from the tee boxes, but wide fairways with short grass for some good rolls. My score was very sad, but more do to my skill demonstration than the course.
