This is a private course owned by Canford School. Guests who wish to play on the course may only do so with a member and only after purchasing a guest ticket. Very few societies are admitted to the course, usually only those with which members are associated.

The course is nine holes, but has two sets of tees that allow for play as an "18-hole" course.
