The course is fairly new with only small trees that don't really get in the way of wild tee shots. It makes the fairways seems wider and you can hack away with the driver. The course was really dry in August so the ball was rolling for miles in the fairway and the greens were crazy fast. It's a well maintained course with a great GPS system on the carts. The club house amentities will make anyone feel like a member. Not sure if it's worth the full price, but definitely check it out if you can find a deal online.
