The monumentally famous Old Course is a regular stop on the Open Championship rota and has hosted it eight times -- the last in 2004, with the surprise playoff victory by Todd Hamilton. The course happens to have both the longest (#6, 601 yards) and the shortest (#8, 123 yards, featuring the "Postage Stamp" green) holes used in the Open Championship.

Also here is the shorter 18-hole Portland Course and the 0-hole par-3 Craigend course.

Visitors are welcome on certain days with advance booking. Please note that the maximum handicap index allowed here is 20 for men and 30 for women.

Love it! Postage Stamp, Railway hole and so many other memorable holes. Club house is like a golf museum and very welcoming.

Excellent test of links golf in a challenging wind against on the back nine. Definitely want to go back and play it again

didn't know a great deal prior to playing but LOVED this course. Stunning setting - best greens I've been on in a long time. Pricey but a must play especially with the open champ being held there in 2016

A perfect championship challenge. Old world charm in the club house and world class facilities from tee to green.
