Solid value!!!!!! We managed to get around the course with minimal difficulty under the Cart Path Only restriction from recent rainfall. Very beautiful scenery. I look forward to a coming back.

customer service was difficult, and the beverage cart came around only once during the round, but overall it's worth the value. Course is in good shape although Texas has been in a drought.
