Galloping Hill Golf Course
3 Golf Dr
Kenilworth, NJ 07033-1329, United States

908.686.1556
This 27-hole golf course sprawls across 271 acres in Kenilworth and Union, New Jersey, and is known by locals as "the Hill", given the terrain. The main course was designed by Willard G. Wilkinson in 1929 and has undergone renovations by Robert Trent Jones Sr. (1949), Alfred Tull (1953), and Stephen Kay (1998).

The clubhouse is being rebuilt, so the greens at 9 and 18 have been permanently relocated, with yardage and slope-and-ratings adjustments made as well.

Just recently, the "Single Nine" was renovated into par-33 "Learning Center 9" while a driving range and practice facility has been under construction. Rates shown below are non-card-holder fees; residents and non-residents of Union County may purchase a card for $200 in order to reserve tee-times and gain discounts on the rates shown below.

I played here 3 times, each time Golf caddie did not work well.
Some holes were OK. Overall bad experience

The course has a lot of potential and once the course is redesigned it will be worth a play. Currently the tee boxes need help and I assume will benefit from the project. Out of county player, not happy with premium on a not so premium course.
