Part of Telluride Ski Resort, this 18-hole mountain course lies at 9,500 feet above sea level and is surrounded by the highest concentration of 14,000-foot mountains in the United States. The course plays through and around groves of aspen, pine, and spruce trees, punctuated by a few mountain ponds and streams. Telluride GC is also an certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

During the 2015 season, the practice facility here will get a major renovation; architect Ken Kavanaugh has designed a 400-yard practice range with nine target greens, a practice fairway, and two target greens of par-3 length. A separate teaching area will also have an additional practice fairway, a 3,000 square-foot putting green, and even a classroom.

The peak season rate (June 24-September 8) is $190. Junior, senior, replay, twilight, and shoulder-season discounts are offered.
