This private club is part of a luxury residential community near Durango, Colorado. Although this is currently a 27-hole facility, architect Todd Schoeder and touring pro Hale Irwin will design a fourth nine here, scheduled to open in the spring of 2016. This nine and the Glacier nine will be a private course reserved for club members and their invited guests. The original Arthur Hills-designed Hermosa and Cliffs combo will remain available for resort and public play.

The course lies at approximately 7,500 feet AMSL and are framed by glacially striated cliffs rising to some 14,000.
