Chigwell Golf Club
156 High Rd
Chigwell, E4 IG7 5BH, United Kingdom

020 8500 2059
FROM THE CLUB WEB SITE:
"This renowned Essex course of undulating parkland character is undoubtedly one of the finest in the county and whilst occupying only 99 acres, is nevertheless a challenging 18 holes with a par of 71 and measuring 6296 yards from the competition tees. Even from the forward tees at 5,962 yards it is a fine test of golf. Features of the course are its small greens and deceptive borrows. It is a course that one never tires of playing."

a great course very challenging probably one of the best in Essex
with a need on accuracy as very tight in places .its not so much as being a long hitter but if you get out of position you will get punished .fast greens
and you should study them as you walk to them to see the very suttle borrows .

A challenging course. Tree lined meaning stray shots are aptly punished. Undulations make picking the right shots important, especially on the greens which are perhaps the best i've played in Essex. Members and staff are friendly and approachable. A recommendable club
