Well I am a member but just coming up to my 1st year anniversary. I have found being a member here a total delight. It is one of the friendliest clubs I've come across. I was made welcome from the start and have met many of the members. Steve Clay in the Pro shop is an excellent Professional and a good teacher. Maureen his wife also helps to run the shop and is a sweetie. Simon the secretary is efficient and will stop and chat with you anytime and runs the office very well. The green staff are brilliant as the condition of the course will testify if you come and play this great Harry Colt designed course. That's enough of this - as you gather I really rate Blackmoor golf club as a course that must be played at least once.

A super course allround its quite narrow and a real test but the course was in such good nick it couldn't have been easier to score well
