This 9-hole, double-tee course was constructed beginning in 1959 by employees of the now-closed Celanese chemical plant on Highway 60, outside Pampa. The course also serves as a repository for water used by the plant, chiefly in the form of water hazards on holes 2 through 6.

The course is located south of U.S. Highway 60 on FM 2300.
