Here's the deal: CEO David Pursell, working with noted architects Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry, had this course built as a laboratory to test different turfgrasses and equipment. Companies like Toro, Club Car, BASF, and Agrium are partners with FarmLinks.

The club likes to advertise that golfers playing there can encounter a variety of turf and wildlife, but also "an occasional robotic mower and at least one state-of-the-art golf cart."
