Mostly flat course with little elevation change. Mature trees add to challenge here. A creek runs through the course and comes into play on several holes. Sometimes prone to flooding with heavy rains. The greens were fast and mostly true. Bunkers OK. Staff is top notch here. Pro shop has some equipment and apparel. Water stations about every 3 or 4 holes, good bev. cart service. Special pricing on golfnow.com

Last year was my first year joining the men's club. I have to tell you that I had the time of my life. The group of guys I play with are a ton of fun and enjoy the gathering we have afterwards. The men's club events that the guys put on are fun to get into. Although I would like to see more winners and maybe less for the rest. Just a thought but maybe more would get into the events knowing the chances of winning would be greater?
The staff in both the pro shop and bar area are very kind and made my time spent worth wild. Looking forward to this year. Keep up the good work!

For a Park District managed/owned course this is an excellent facility at a reasonable cost - especially for resident's.
Fairways/Rough and greens in great shape this year(minus 1 green).
Can get a little slow at times, but nothing severe. People/employees are great, and so are the practice facilities.
As fair warning, on the 15th par 3 tee box which borders a street, some passing motorists(kids) will sometimes get excited and honk their horns at you during your swing. It's worth sugesting to have the staff plant some more trees along the easement/shoulder area there to help blind the motorists from the golfers.
Food at the adjoining bar/grill is also excellent. They have some VERY tasty dishes, and they do provide entertainment on the patio during the weekends.
