Stanford University Golf Course
91 Links Rd
Stanford, CA 94305-8701, United States

650.724.0944
This very notable course opened in 1930 with a design by William Bell and George C. Thomas, Jr. More than just the home course for the Stanford Cardinal men's and women's golf teams, the course has also hosted many intercollegiate and non-collegiate events, including the Stanford Invitational, Pac-10 Championships, NCAA men's Western Regional, an NCAA women's championship, USGA Junior Amateur Qualifying, U.S. Open qualifying, and a former Senior PGA Tour event, The Gathering at the Farm.

The course is open only to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and their invited guests. The practice range, however, is open to the public.

One of my all time favorite courses, private or public. An absolutely beautiful and challenging layout. Each hole has lots of character and other than holes 10 and 11, they don't abut each other. This is a course I can play everyday and never get bored. Don't be slow because the marshals are notorious about telling you that you are behind...even if nobody is behind you!
