Greens and fairways were in excellent condition even though it was late November. It seemed like hardly anybody plays it unlike other popular courses that are all beat up. Theres not much room around the greens so don't go long and kinda flat considering its in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Overall well worth the money.

greens putted true & were in excellent condition with the exception of 2 greens which were reconfigured & re-sodded, but they were very good as well. course set-up was changed; you now start on the old no. 2 hole & finish on the old no. 1 hole which is a par 3. so now the back nine starts & ends with a par 3. old hole no. 18 is now no. 17 (par 5) & is a much better finishing hole than a par 3. other than that quirky set-up the course is in great shape & with new ownership should continue to improve. new clubhouse addition is beautiful, functional & a pleasure to have lunch or dinner in after your round- food is excellent & reasonably priced!
