Carved out of mature oaks, large maples, and tall stands of pines, Timber Trace occupies part of the 460 acres in the Putman Meadows residential community. The course is a Conroy-Dewling design, which plays 7,020 yards from the tips and 5,100 from the forward markers, features bentgrass fairways, five sets of tees on every hole and greens that average 6,200 square feet.

New ownership has the greens and fairways in great shape. Tees good, not great. Green side bunkers are in decent shape. Fairway and other bunkers are a work in progress. Interesting and fair layout.
