Hudson Mills Metro Park Golf Course
8801 N Territorial Rd
Dexter, MI 48130, United States
Dexter, MI 48130, United States
734.426.0466
Part of the regional Huron Clinton Metropark Authority park system, Hudson Mills is a bit off the beaten path but worth a trip to Dexter. Access is from I-94 (north on the Baker Road exit) or I-96 (west on the North Territorial Road exit). Built in 1990 and designed by Metropark staff, the course plays to a par of 71. At 6,560 yards from the tips (71.2/118) the course offers a challenge to the good golfer without being too penal for the recreational player. There are 3 other sets of tees for those looking for a bit less of a challenge. The holes are routed through flat terrain with a few wetlands and tree-lined holes to keep things interesting.

Pros: Light play allows for very fast rounds and one can walk on almost any time. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Easy walk. Decent rates, especially for seniors
Cons: Flat and mostly mundane routing. Water hazards are mainly swampy low areas rather than open water. Few bunkers. A bit tight on the maintenance budget.
