1.Each Week's Loser(NET) gets to wear the Visor of Shame the following week.
2. Strokes are to be negotiated prior to the VoS match.
3. If there is a tie following the 18th hole, the tie breaker will be net score on starting on hole 18 and moving backwards toward hole 1.
4. The VoS holder is responsible for setting the rematch.

Finally had another VoS match on Saturday at Deerfield and I was dominating until I choked on the last 3 holes to give up 6 strokes. The final results were Victor and Greg both shooting NET Par for the round, and I shot +2 NET. The tiebreaker went to Victor with the lower NET score on hole 18, so he was the winner, and I now have the Visor of shame. There will be a rematch either 9/29 or 9/30, and I will have my vengeance.

VoS Rule Change:

In light of recent events, we need to enact two new rules for the VoS match.

1. Strokes are to be negotiated prior to the VoS match. You cannot make a request for a handicap change following the completion of a match.

2. If there is a tie following the 18th hole, the tie breaker will be net score on starting on hole 18 and moving backwards toward hole 1.

Apparently Nathan has been hanging over at oob too much and his HCP was out of Date. His HCP was 10.9 with a course handicap of 12 strokes resulting in a 77 or +5 NET sot the Visor of Shame is Nathan's this week.

Nathan's score of 89 isn't posted yet, but with the 12.9 HCP he should get a 15 stroke course handicap which leaves him at a 74 or +2 NET. This would mean that Victor is the proud owner of the visor of shame. You can meet us for lunch and pick it up.
