Huron Meadows Metropark Golf Course
8765 Hammel Road
Brighton, MI 48116, United States

810 231-4084
One of the more popular of the Huron-Clinton Metropark courses, Huron Meadows flows over gently rolling grassland just south of Brighton. At 6,663 yards (71.1/118) the course flexes some muscle but the routing is definitely user friendly. There are few forced carries or bunkers to contend with and the driving areas are very generous. Built in 1984 and designed by Sue Nyquist, the course is easily accessible from US-23 (Silver Lake exit coming from Ann Arbor or Lee Road exit if coming from the north - then follow the signs)

Pros: Easy to walk. Rolling land adds a bit of elevation change. "No Mow" areas add a bit to the "links" feel (but definitely not a links course). Decent maintenance

Cons: Few bunkers. Pretty open routing not likely to challenge the better golfer. Little in the way of water hazards (other than #8)
