Owned and operated by Colgate University, Seven Oaks was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in 1934, but thanks to the Great Depression and World War II, the first nine holes of this course were not actually built and opened until 1957. The second nine opened in 1964.
Visitors not affiliated with Colgate University pay $70 weekdays and $80 weekends (carts are $40). Students, staff, faculty, alumni, and members enjoy varying levels of discounts.
