I was surprised at how long the course plays. The fairways are flat but you will be penalized by the thick rough and trees that line most fairways. In my opinion the greens are fairly small making shot accuracy a must. Nice course to play when you just want to play a quick round or work out swing changes. Enjoy!

For 9 holes it is very long, 2 par 5 and 2 par 3 and the rest par 4 and it is better to walk? PS You save money.
