Chisholm Hills Golf Club debuted in 1955 with a design by architect Jerry Matthews, then was redesigned in 1997 by Bruce Matthews. The parkland layout plays over rolling terrain, with plenty of mature trees, wetlands, and lakes.

Chisholm Hills is not currently a member of the Golf Association of Michigan, so no valid slope-and-rating numbers exist for the course.

The standard walking rates are $13 on weekdays, $15 on weekends and holidays (carts are $14). Junior, senior, and twilight rates are available, as are memberships.
