The Great State of Mississippi has cut the course budget and the greens are crap!

I enjoyed the course tee until I reached the green because the greens were horrendous - it was like putting on a mud patty. I would recommend this course to people because no two holes are alike AND it features challenging but fair elevation changes. Just make sure you call ahead to find out the state of the greens before you spend some green. Otherwise, expect to not putt very well.
