played on dec 1. Some leaves on ground, nobody on course and it was 65 degrees. greens were still fast and rolled true no bumps. played west to south. could not beat the price at $45

Played in early December and the course was in very good shape. I look forward to going back to this course.

play this course while on vacation during the offseason in avalon NJ. Paid 79.00 for the round and was really dissapointed in the overall condition of the fairways. crab grass was everywhere, and most of the greens were attacked by some type of disease that would leave dead spots and missing grass. Seems like this club wants to be listed as one of the top courses in the area, but courses that I play for 35.00- 40.00 back home are 100% better. Also the scorecard was really odd, we played parts of every 9 when playing 18 holes. lots of holes closed. very bad course and not worth the money

played on 7/25. course was in horrible shape! crabgrass everywhere. terrible value for 95 bucks.
plus you can't get a beer in the clubhouse without being a member.
