Architect Garrett Rhenn did the original design of the course when it opened in 1964, although the green-side bunkers have been renovated in recent years. The course is now operated by Billy Casper's golf management firm and participate's in the Audubon Society's Cooperative Sanctuary program. The public is welcome; rates vary by season.

Course was in rough shape. Everything was very dry. Couldn't hold greens and needed a hammer to get a tee into the ground.

pretty nice course, grass burn ....but its been dry and hot out. greens were a little rough, tee boxes had alot of tees left in ground.
