Charleston Springs Golf Course
101 Woodville Rd
Millstone Township, NJ 08535-8111, United States

732.409.7227
This 36-hole facility (designed by Mark Mungeam) features two of six public courses owned and operated by the County of Monmouth (NJ). Tee times are available through their reservation system after the purchase of a Monmouth County Resident ID card or a Non-Resident Reservation ID card.

Both the North and South courses are parkland-style, par-72 layouts with water and sculpted mounding along the way. Also here are a pro shop, food concession/snack bar, locker rooms, and showers. The warm-up range has grass tees and six target greens. The well-manicured practice putting green is over ½ acre in area.

In 2007, a five-acre Short Game Area (SGA) opened, featuring two chipping greens, a putting green, two green-side bunkers, a fairway bunker, and an acre of fairway to practice the short game. Use of the SGA is included with a daily greens fee.

North & South, Both excellent, Both challenging, Both well kept. I like that fairways aren't so close to each other. Top Notch, Top Notch!!!

Nice layout, tough but true rolling greens & nice scenery make this a nice course to play.

excellent Monmouth County Golf Course. large distance between holes makes it a difficult walk but not impossible

One of the nicest county courses in the state. Both courses are equally challenging and well kept.

Dollar for dollar, this complex is great. You get two different types of courses (wooded & links) so you can switch between the two. Both courses have several holes where the fairways are a little thin in places, and both have a couple of greens that good be improved. But overall, friendly staff, great value & nice tracks.
