#18
Las Vegas Paiute Resort
10325 Nu Wav Kaiv Blvd
Las Vegas, NV 89124-8411, United States

702.658.1400
The Paiute Resort lies at the base of the Spring Mountains, with three excellent Pete Dye courses. "Snow Mountain" is the original 18 here and includes some of the Dye-trademark bunkers decorated with railroad ties. "Sun Mountain" was the second 18 to open and is described as a 'kinder, gentler Dye design.' "Wolf" is the newest 18, and is advertised by the club as being the longest course in Nevada, at 7,604 yards from the tips.

This attractive golf resort is owned and operated by the Las Vegas Tribe of Southern Paiute Indians, and is located 27 miles north of the Las Vegas strip.

Course was in good shape.

Very up lifting course, bunkers come into play if you let your shot drift instead of hitting it well. Have to play the terrain, trying to move the ball all the time will get you into trouble, hit with authority but accept your distance on shots you are not sure.

Possibly the most spectacular views I have ever seen on a golf course. Compares VERY favorably to Rio Secco and when you take cost into consideration is one of the very best I have ever played!
