Located just southeast of Las Vegas, this course is a blend of sculpted desert and parkland landscape, with water in play on seven holes. The course dates to 1936, although the current layout was designed by architect David Rainville, with three-time major champion Billy Casper consulting. the greens are fast, the fairways a little rough but not bad for a muni. The main problem with the golf course are the regular golfers who play there everyday. Very rude to a visitor. They never fix ball marks or rake bunkers.
