Red Cloud is happy to boast the 3rd best 9-hole public golf course in Nebraska! Designed by the late PGA Tour Pro Harry Obitz (bio below) in 1988, the construction was truly a community effort with many members generously donating their time and equipment. The course offers two distinguishing features to all golfer levels. One, despite the harsh winters, the grass stays green and golf is open year round. The second is a unique characteristic that is rarely found, elevated greens, which quickly make the putting surfaces playable even after a hard rain.
