Founded in 1928 by financier Joseph Brewer, Blythefield Country Club is a
full-service private club located just south of Rockford, Michigan, fifteen
minutes from downtown Grand Rapids.
The traditional 18-hole, 6850-yard golf course was designed by Langford and Moreau and today is still the original course layout.
The Club is honored to have hosted the 1953 Western Amateur, the 1961 Western Open, which was won by Arnold Palmer, and in 2005 the Western Junior.
