This course is home to the Northwest Missouri State University Bearcat women's golf team and includes a practice range.
The course made news in October of 2013 when eight-time major championship Tom Watson and his golf architecture firm unveiled plans for a kid-friendly, 9-hole junior course here. Construction is anticipated to be finished sometime in 2015, fundraising for construction of the course is being managed by Nodaway County Economic Development, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization.
