Overpriced. Old. Run down. Poorly maintained greens. Short, bush-league par 5s. A 246 yard par 4.

Overall, only play this goat ranch as a last resort. Avoid it if you can. On weekends, their tee times are around $50, which is a total joke for a course like this one that's barely maintained. Heck on some greens, there isn't even a fringe. It's the green, then long rough. It's ridiculous. This could be a great course with some reconfiguration, rehabilitation of the clubhouse, and just some TLC overall.

Driver, Wedge, Putter.... Repeat. Let's just say this is the shortest course I have ever played. From blues, longer hitters can reach the green of #2, #5, #14, #18 in one. Only one of the Par 5 holes actually plays to Par, the others are all short enough to be a Par 4. If you are looking for somewhere to sharpen up your short game and putting, and maybe practice your driving, this is the place.
