Played this one for the first time and i was exremely dissapointed! The course was in poor condition with a completely non-existent fairway on the par 4-4th! made a tee-shot over the dog leg left hill and when we got to the top of the hill and looked down expecting to see two nice tee-shots in the fairway we we're alittle surprized to see ankle high weeds, crab grass and other stuff in place of THE FAIRWAY! we lost both balls and that was just the beginning.Dirt tee boxes, just a mess!Cant believe this place is semi private. It's really a shame because it is very scenic but its just a mess right now.their busy building homes around the course but probably should have focused on the course just alittle more cause its really a mess.

Greens were great, but the rest of the course lacked in conditions. Multiple blind Tee shots, and directional flags would help. Overall, the back nine was in much better shape than the front. The course was adequate for the $32 weekday special, including cart. With the amount of discounted course coupons available in the area, I would play other far nicer courses for similar money.
