Both courses here opened in 1991 with designs by Lindsay B. Ervin, although recent renovations to both courses have occurred in recent years - including the change to Patriot Bermuda turn on the fairways and tees. In 2008, the courses earned Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status.

The standard public rates (with cart) for the River course are $89 on Mondays through Thursdays, then $119 on Fridays, weekends and holidays. The standard rates on the shorter Lakes course are $62 and $72, respectively. Sliding twilight, 9-hole, 36-hole, and off-season rates are offered, as are memberships.

This course has updated information like phone, address, description or scorecard and is pending approval. These changes must be approved before they will be available on a SkyCaddie.
