Upkeep is an issue, Sand traps are really hard packed sand & dirt with pebbles & stones.

Played during week late in fall, no snack bar or restaurant, thats ok, time of year, not crowded, liked layout of course and the challenge. Would do it again.

4 groups of 4 loud mouth drinkers made the day very slow. I shot 72 with 3 boggies after standing for 5 minutes for play to pick up before each one. It may have impacted my opinion of the place.
