This Tim Liddy design is meant to echo a genuine links layout, although water is in play through most of the course. The faiways and USGA-spec greens are seeded with bent grass, with blue and fescue on the perimeter.
The standard rates are $45 Mondays through Thursdays, $49 Fridays, and $65 on weekends and holidays. Early-bird, sliding twilight, senior, and other discounts are offered, as are memberships.

Very nice overall experience. Replicates a good links layout - wide fairways, long heather rough for missed shots, big greens with lots on undulation. Played after 2:30 for fabulous twilight rate. Back nine is a little hard to navigate for the first time as several holes require local knowledge to understand the layout, but overall a really nice course.

Wow. Awesome course. Played it for the first time today. $39 incl cart. Great deal for such an outstanding course. Mostly wide fairways with fast, undulating greens. Fair number of bunkers and some water. Very challenging.
